The MMC FIRST PROCESS plastic feeder is an automated solution for lining cartons with plastic film before fish are placed in the cartons. The machine can be supplied as an integral part of an MMC FIRST PROCESS Packing line system in unison with other MMC components, or it may be installed on a stand-alone basis.
The plastic film protects the cartons against absorbing any wetness from the fish before and during freezing, leading to a better result when freezing the cartons. The sheets can be adapted to most carton sizes, and the sheet length can also be customized to meet most demands.
