Time is often the critical factor when vital spare parts are needed. As soon as a we are alerted, we work with the customer to identify and define the parts needed. We then arrange delivery to the customer’s ship or shore installation. We have good agreements with our suppliers and ensure that we always have vital items in our front-line stocks so that we can respond efficiently to urgent customer demands.
