The MMC First Process Bag in Box system is designed for packing vacuum bags smoothly into cardboard boxes. The machine automatically pushes the box into position and places the bag in the box with minimum friction.
The machine can pack both 2 x 10 kg and 1 x 20 kg vacuum packed bags into 20 kg cardboard boxes.
The system is easy to operate, from a touchscreen in front of the cabinet. Switching between 10 kg and 20 kg vacuum bags is easily achieved from the operation panel.
The machine has two 0.37 kW conveyors, and 5 pneumatic cylinders operating at 6-7 bar. Capacity is up to 10 cycles/minute, subject to the flow rate ahead of the machine and behind it.
The machine’s advantages include high capacity and fewer strain injuries among workers.
